The *only* way I have learned how to get through busy weeks (and let’s be honest, most weeks are busy because life is hectic…) is through my HABITS.
Your habits will determine the quality of your life
SO if you want to live a happier and more meaningful life, then you have to cultivate habits that make you feel happier.
And here’s the thing… I want to teach you the tools and strategies that you need to create a happier life. And the foundation of your life are your HABITS. The things you do day in and day out. The habits you practice on a daily and weekly basis.
This includes “physical” habits like eating healthy, moving your body, drinking enough water etc. But it also includes “emotional and mental” habits like journaling, having a morning and evening routine, meditating etc.
I want you to realize that:
- Habits take time to cultivate, but every small effort counts
- Small changes will create big transformation with time
- It doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective
Even if you start with one TINY new habit, you’re WINNING and you should be proud of yourself! Change is hard but it IS possible. You just have to find the right change (the right habit) that will make you feel better and that will create a snowball effect for you to continuously make positive changes in your life.
