Your habits and routines help ground us and anchor us in our daily lives.
What happens is that when our daily routine goes off the tracks, our habits will help ground us in our day. Our habits are the things we do, day in and day out, that we don’t t think about. They have become a part of us.
And remember that our habits also includes things like our thoughts and our mindset and what we choose to focus on.
I’ve been talking a lot about habits and routines lately, and that’s because they’re so important.
The quality of your habits will determine the quality of your life.
Create an inspiring and empowering and exciting vision for your life, and then figure out the habits and routines you need to cultivate to bring that vision to life, and then to sustain it.
