Self-Care is more than just doing the “physical” things. Here are 7 alternative ways you can practice self-care at home to have a more holistic approach to your well-being so that you can feel happy and positive.
I know you’ve heard it before: “practice self-care by taking a bath and doing a mask!”. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about taking baths and pampering myself at home.
But the reality is that “self-care” is more than just the physical dimension. If you want to truly take care of yourself, then you have to take care of your mind, body and soul.
Because if one of those areas are not taken care of, then you will not feel your best. You can take as many baths as you want, but if you don’t take care of your mind and your heart, you will NOT feel good!
It ultimately boils down to this : if you want to transform your life, you have to transform yourself. And if you want to work on yourself, and be the best version of yourself, then you have to cultivate the habits that will help you do that. You have to take care of yourself to be able to do that.
