Why not start slowly by incorporating greens in your diet more and more? It does willpower to get through a challenge, but the results and the energy I got from it was really worth it. I felt revitalized and energetic and my stomach problems were fine for the duration of the challenge. Vegetarian is a lot more manageable, why not try it for one day to see how you like it?

I’m thrilled with how everything worked out and that I was able to do it 100%. I’ve enjoyed challenging myself and I do kinda miss the vegan diet – I think my body responded well to not eating meat. It’s also great to remember to try things for yourself instead of following fads, diets and trends :)

I definitely would try being vegetarian though, I feel like I would probably drift back into my natural eating preferences after a while, but be more conscious of what I put into my body.

Now that I’ve started incorporating a bit of meat back into my diet, my stomach isn’t responding very well to be honest..! I felt better without it!! The food was SO much better than I thought it would be! And it’s fun to experiment and try new recipes and a new way of cooking!
